Surprisingly, quite a few people agree with the news that the Ministry of National Defense is considering hiring men in their 50s and 60s as security personnel, and while some agree that it's a "clever idea for the age of 100s," others ask, " What guns are there at that age?" The 'return of veterans' card is evidence of the harsh reality faced by middle-aged men. They devoted their youth to the military and worked tirelessly at their companies to watch their superiors' opinions, but after retirement, the world they faced was a different world. Extending the retirement age is just a hopeful advisor for politicians, reemployment is out of reach in front of the calendar age, working on early morning deliveries is physically exhausting, and corporate taxis or designated drivers are hard to dive in because of their sleepiness and reflexes , which is difficult. However, thanks to advances in medical technology and improved nutrition, my health age has to be multiplied by 0.7~0.8 ,,, my health status is very good!! People in their 50s and 60s are said to be born with a military constitution; before the introduction of the Saturday leave system, they lived tied to the office for over 12 hours a day, endured 30 to 39 months of military service with damp 'dung soup' and scrap food, and the military-style culture of 'if you want to do it, just do it' is deeply ingrained in their bodies. Although this is somewhat exaggerated, it is said that they are regarded as the 'world's strongest reserve force,' which is hard to find in today's 'administrative military' steeped in guarding CCTV and conservative policies. They are especially deployed in regions experiencing population decline, revitalizing the provinces. There is also an analysis that this would have balanced development effects, and since the budget for elderly welfare and various pensions would be reduced accordingly, it would also greatly aid national fiscal management. The deployment of military personnel in their 50s and 60s can be an option to simultaneously alleviate the complex national crisis of low birth rates and population cliffs, the unemployment crisis among the retired generation, the world's highest levels of elderly poverty and suicide, the depletion of the national pension, and the increasing burden on the youth.
