I was innocent then, and I am innocent again this time," he said,,,. However, with decisive evidence such as a memo from former World Headquarters head Yoon Young-ho with 'one big support ticket' and a photo of a bundle of 100 million won, he earned the dishonor of being the first incumbent lawmaker to be arrested.
