She said, "This policy was originally created by the Yoon Suk-yeol administration," and added, "In 2023, President Yoon ordered measures to boost domestic demand and promoted visa-free entry for Chinese nationals, and in 2024, Prime Minister Han Duck-soo announced a pilot program for group tourists to enter visa-free countries. He said, "He announced it," ,,, "Around the same time, Representative Joo Jin-woo promoted the visa-free cruise group program by saying, 'I reflected it,' and in March 2025, Acting Minister Choi Sang-mok announced that he would directly implement visa exemptions for Chinese group tourists." Representative Baek said, "It was a joint effort by Yoon Seok-yeol, Han Duck-soo, Choi Sang-mok, and Joo Jin-woo," adding, "At this point, they are calling the Democratic Party 'pro-China' over the policies they created and stoking fire on public anxiety, but what's truly dangerous is their attitude of distorting facts and dividing the public." He continued, "False information is spreading on some social media platforms, such as claims that Chinese visa-free tourists are stabbing people in front of schools," and added, "We will implement policies so that the public does not feel anxious and protect public safety and interests based on accurate facts."
