Kang Jung-ho predicted the starting lineup for the Korean national baseball team participating in the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, and regarding the national team's lineup, he said, "It's better than expected. It's a lineup that includes players with both power hitting and the ability to get on base," and added,,,,,, "They don't rely solely on a single hit in the center of the lineup; from 1st to 9th, they seem capable of hitting at any time and even stealing bases." Kang Jung-ho's predicted starting lineup is Kim Ji-chan (center fielder) - Kim Joo-won (shortstop) - The order is Kim Do-young (third baseman) - Noh Si-hwan (designated hitter) - Park Jun-soon (second baseman) - Moon Hyun-bin (right fielder) - Moon Bo-kyung (first baseman) - Jo Hyung-woo (catcher) - Park Jae-hyun (left fielder). The core batting order is expected to be led by Kim Do-young and Noh Si-hwan, with Kang Jung-ho positioning Kim Do-young as the third batter. While placing him, he predicted, "Since Noh Si-hwan is in the cleanup spot, the opponents won't easily overlook Kim Do-young." Regarding Noh Si-hwan, he said, "Just looking at his batting average with runners in scoring position, it might not look great, but having him in the lineup gives him weight," and added, "If the opposing pitcher can't easily win and they can hit a home run, the national team's lineup will become even stronger." On the mound, they expect Kwak Bin to start in the first group stage game against Taiwan, and if they bring in Kwak Bin against Taiwan and reach the finals, they plan to use him again as a starter. Kang Jung-ho said, "Just because it's the first game doesn't mean we need to spare Kwak Bin. If he pitches in the first game, the rotation can return to the finals," and insisted, "Since we absolutely have to beat Taiwan, we absolutely have to use Kwak Bin in the first game." Kang Jung-ho said, "We have a solid star like Kim Do-young, and if Kim Ji-chan and Kim Joo-won get on base, Kim Do-young and Noh Si-hwan can handle it. We also have a reliable ace Kwak Bin and a good bullpen," and laughed, adding, "If we can't win a gold medal with this member, we have to go to the military."
