Recently, at a PC café in Gangwon Province, Mr. A, presumed to be an elementary school student, gave bills and coins from the safe to Mr. B, who was looking around, and fled together. After the crime, an employee checked the safe and found that the cash was missing . Upon reviewing the CCTV, they were caught taking bills and coins four times over several days. Right after the crime, they bowed and greeted the CCTV with a calm demeanor, and the PC café owner posted the scene in front of the counter. However, when B found out, he went to the PC bang the next day and protested, "I didn't even go inside the counter, so why did you put up a photo?" In response, the staff asked, "Did you take the bill?" and although B couldn't give much of an answer, CCTV later captured a scene where B gave the employee a thumbs-up and called him 'number one,' acting mockingly. The PC cafe owner said, "Even though they knew there was CCTV, they casually committed theft, not only greeted but even mocked the staff, which was utterly shocking and absurd," and added, ,,,"It seems people take crimes lightly just because they are juvenile offenders,,, but I think society needs to be more vigilant."
