Hello,
Fitzroy 2-bed, 2-bath new apartment looking for a sharer. (Gender/Gender)
Since the apartment was built not long ago, it's in top condition, and the bedding is almost new:) You'll be staying in a second room, and the room is quite spacious with windows, so you'll have a comfortable stay. If you want two people to move in at the same time, we can provide an extra single bed.
Location: 57 Johnston St, Fitzroy
Price: Private room week $350 / Double room $225 each (unlimited internet, includes various bills)
*2-week deposit + key deposit $150, which is a 2-week notice.
3-minute walk from tram stops 97 and 11
Coles 2 minutes on foot, Woolworths 10 minutes on foot
It takes about 15 minutes to get to City H&M.
The apartment residents are friendly, and since it's completely centered around FitzRoy, there are many great restaurants and cafes nearby. There are also plenty of places to exercise, such as gyms, pilates, and yoga, so I've been satisfied for several years:)
Items provided: bedding (blankets, pillows), kitchenware and tableware, rice cooker, washing machine, laundry dryer, electric blanket, laundry detergent, dish soap, laundry drying rack, air fryer, coffee machine, etc.
A Korean couple lives here and lives with a Toy Poodle.
We are looking for someone who can stay clean and considerate of each other.
If you have any needs, we can accommodate them as much as possible, so please feel free to contact us:)
