It's close to the city but quiet~ so it's a really nice ☕ place to live.

Basic Information
- Rental fee: $220 per week (including bills! No separate expenses!)
- It comes with a single bed, wardrobe, and storage cabinets.
- Immediate move-in available!
- Deposit is two weeks' worth of share fees.
- Only non-smokers are welcome~
- Currently, there is one male sharer living there (he's quiet and well-mannered!)
- The restroom is shared by three share students.

- There's a curtain in the middle of the room for guaranteed privacy! My space is definitely separated.
