Since only the two of us live here, including myself, the living room is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.


The neighborhood itself is quiet, making it a great place to work or study from home, making it a great place for office workers and students.




The house is very well-ventilated, with great lighting and views, making it very comfortable. The interior of other houses is hard to see, so privacy is also good.


Since we share the bathroom, I always clean it, and since I rarely have a home to use it, our usage times rarely overlap.




I clean the common areas regularly to keep them always tidy, and most cleaning tools and household items are available if needed.


Since I almost always use the dishwasher, I always have a dish tablet and dish soap ready.




The room you plan to use covers the entire upper floor, and is quite spacious enough to be similar to the living room on the lower floor. - Around 5 pyeong


It has a built-in wardrobe and basic furniture, and I'm using a small room on the first floor.




Appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, air conditioners, and microwaves are all brand new, and new mattresses, dishes, and cooking utensils are also available.




Right across from home are ALDI, Asian Mart, a market, a gym, a bus stop, and a park, making it convenient to live, and nearby are a post office, chemist, local cafes, library, and shops.




External storage is available, and if you have a bicycle, you can also use a bike rack in one corner of the parking lot.




Rather than a homestay or typical share house vibe, it feels more like people living independently, and since they share common spaces, it's preferred for those who want to keep things tidy.
