This room is perfect for students or office workers looking for a cozy and convenient place, planning to stay long-term.

• Just a 5-minute walk to Box Hill Central, Coles, Woolies, Asian Mart, cafes, trams, and buses are all nearby.

• It's about a 10-minute bus ride to Deakin University, so you can save commute time and enjoy a bit more leisure in the morning.

• It takes 30 minutes directly to the city

Room Introduction

• Spacious private master room + private bathroom

• This fully furnished room is fully furnished with a bed, study desk, comfortable chair, large wardrobe, and kitchenware.

• It's bright, quiet, and private. There's a huge park in front of my house, and it's nice. I've lived in this house for three years, and two people before me each lived for a year before moving away. It's a really great place to stay for a long time... I move frequently and don't like living in a foreign country in a comfortable way. I think this would be good for those who have similar thoughts.

• I use a sub-room, but instead my desk is in the living room space.

• I have two cats who love people and are gentle. The cats have been trained not to enter your room, but it's fine to live with cats and only if you have no allergies should contact me.

All bills included, $410 per week
Deposit $1640 for 4 weeks
