Basic Conditions

  • Available move-in date: May 24, 2026 (date can be adjusted)

  • Contract terms: Minimum 2 months / Notice 1 month / Deposit 1 month / $450 per week (all bills included)

  • Living Rules: No living room sharing / No smoking / No parties / No pets allowed

  • Occupancy: Only one person can move in (couples and couples are not allowed)
