Number of Positions: DOMO2 - 2 Japanese Restaurant Chefs (1 Japanese Hot Food Chef / 1 Japanese Cold Food Chef)
 

We are looking for someone to work as a Japanese hot food chef and a Japanese cold chef at the busy Izakaya DOMO2 located in Melbourne CBD
Must be able to work on weekends
Flexible Shift including Dinner & Weekend Shift
Full Time positions are Tax Job only.

Application Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a cold and hot food chef in a busy Japanese restaurant
 
• At least one year of experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef in a Japanese restaurant
 
• Able to work in a busy kitchen environment without issues, good teamwork, and outstanding problem-solving skills
 
• Experience preparing sushi, sashimi, or fish (Cold Food Section)
 
• Experience in Japanese grilled dishes or deep-fried dishes (Hot Food Section)

• Possess a positive mindset and a bright personality

• Holders of visas without work restrictions (permanent residency, citizenship, and long-term employment visas)
 
 
Salary

• Full Time : $80k ~ $90k + Super
