The landlord is an Australian grandmother, so they prefer only women.

Since I live with the owner and my dog, I'm looking for someone who doesn't have a dog allergy.

A single bed and desk are provided.

 

Since it's near tram lines 19, 1, 6, and 96, it's easy to get out of the city.


We have a room available for rent in our Brunswick house. The rent is $300 per week and this includes all bills (gas, electricity, unlimited nbn internet, water).


The room is furnished with a single bed and a night stand and a desk.


The rest of the house has everything you could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen (with space for you in the cupboard and fridge) to the laundry with washer plus back court yard with clothes line


There is a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area.


We don‘t smoke in or around the house.


The location is also great. Walking distance to shops of every variety (from local/smaller stores to major supermarkets and restaurants.
