We are looking for a private room or two people at 639 Lonsdale St Apartment, 2b1b, located right in front of Southern Cross.

 

Single room $450

$540 for 2 people

 

There is no minimum notice for all bills, including 2-week pay, 2-week deposit, or 2-week notice.

 

I've been living in this house for four years, and until their visas end, we have barbecue parties on our terrace and hang out together. We get along well and live together for a long time before leaving.


The living room is very spacious, each room has windows for ventilation, and there are four built-in wardrobes, so there's plenty of space for couples. There's also a desk for office work, a dryer, so it's very convenient for laundry, and all kinds of kitchen utensils and sauces are available, so you can use them comfortably. The spaces between rooms are far apart, and since the doors aren't sliding, privacy is well protected. It's not a shared house, so the total monthly cost is about $3,600, and you can expect to pay the same amount as me. If you're a student or a long-term stayer, I can cover all costs evenly.


Except Friday and Saturday, I return at midnight, and on Friday and Saturday around 2 pm. If you're okay with that, it's good to have fun with you. If you want room photos, house photos, or inspections, please contact me and I'll arrange them for you.
