Hello! Looking for a roommate to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay at The Quays (231 Harbour Esplanade) in Melbourne. Enjoy the best amenities together in a spacious and clean apartment!

• Location: The Quays, 231 Harbour Esplanade, Docklands, VIC 3008

(Hotel and residential buildings separated in the same building)

• Ample Space: Provides ample living space, including a spacious living room and bedroom. 2b1b1c

• Full options available: All furniture is perfectly prepared for immediate move-in.

• Appliances: Everything is provided, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, gas cooktop, and utensils.

Location and transportation (Excellent convenience for daily life!)

• Free Tram Zone: The apartments are located in the Free Tram Zone, allowing free travel to major areas within the city. 5-minute walk from trams 30, 86, 70, 75, and 35

• City accessibility: Very close to the heart of Melbourne City, making transportation convenient.

• Amenities: Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, and Asian Mart are all within a 5-minute walk.
