We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team. If you have experience in manufacturing or fiberglass work and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Type: Casual (Day & Afternoon Shift) 

Industry: Manufacturing & Fibreglass

* Casual Hourly Rates (Including Loading):

V3.1$40.11

V3.3$41.98

V4.1$41.85

V4.3$43.83

Most team members start at V3.1 and progress to V3.3.

Those operating machinery typically start at V4.1, progressing to V4.3.

* Shift Hours:

Day Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Afternoon Shift: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am

Overtime available (including Saturdays) – not mandatory, but flexibility is appreciated.

* What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in manufacturing, production, or fiberglass work

- Solid understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage

- Ability to read and follow basic work instructions

- Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal directions

- Capable of working independently and as part of a team

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

* Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery

- Measure materials accurately and manage waste responsibly

- Ensure work meets quality standards

- Perform quality checks and complete required documentation

- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the supervisor

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Properly lift heavy items and wear required safety gear

- Handle fiberglass materials, including mixing chemicals and applying resin/gelcoat (for relevant roles)

  ※ 대부분 V3.1으로 시작하여 경험에 따라 V3.3으로 승급됩니다.
  ※ 기계를 다루는 작업자는 V4.1부터 시작하여 V4.3까지 승급됩니다.

⏰ 근무시간

• 주간 근무: 오전 7시 ~ 오후 3시 30분

• 오후 근무: 오후 3시 30분 ~ 자정 12시
  ※ 토요일 포함 잔업 가능성 있음 (의무는 아님)
  ※ 유연한 근무 가능자 우대

• 현장 정리정돈 및 안전 유지

• 중량물 들기 및 적절한 보호 장비 착용

• (해당 직무에 한함) 유리섬유 작업, 화학물 혼합, 레진/젤코트 도포
