We have a room available for rent in our Brunswick house. The rent is $300 per week and this includes all bills (gas, electricity, unlimited nbn internet, water).

The room is furnished with a single bed and a night stand and a desk.

The rest of the house has everything you could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen (with space for you in the cupboard and fridge) to the laundry with washer plus back court yard with clothes line 

There is a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area.

We don‘t smoke in or around the house. 

The location is also great. Walking distance to shops of every variety (from local/smaller stores to major supermarkets and restaurants.
